Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our growing sales team at a leading B2B SaaS platform serving the accounting industry. Our software helps accounting firms and finance teams automate workflows, streamline client collaboration, and scale their practices.

The Role

You will be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your job is to identify decision-makers at accounting firms, understand their pain points, and introduce them to how our platform solves real problems. You will work closely with our Account Executives to fill the pipeline with qualified opportunities.

What You Will Do

  • Research and identify target accounts within the accounting and bookkeeping space
  • Reach out to partners, firm administrators, and finance leaders through phone calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn
  • Ask questions to understand their current processes and uncover challenges
  • Qualify leads based on fit and interest
  • Schedule discovery calls and product demos for the sales team
  • Track all activity and conversations in our CRM
  • Hit weekly and monthly targets for qualified meetings

Who You Are

  • Experience in outbound sales or business development, ideally in B2B SaaS
  • Comfortable on the phone and not afraid of rejection
  • Strong listener who can uncover pain points and connect them to solutions
  • Organized, self-motivated, and driven by hitting goals
  • Clear and professional communicator in English
