Job Description

We are a growing B2B company looking to build our pipeline with qualified leads. We need a Business Development Representative to be the engine of our new customer acquisition.

Your primary mission is to identify, contact, and qualify potential clients. You will research target companies and decision-makers, execute a multi-channel outreach strategy (calls, emails, LinkedIn), and book discovery calls for our Account Executives. Success is measured by the number of qualified opportunities you generate.

We need someone who:

  • Has a proven track record in outbound sales or lead generation, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Thrives on making cold calls and enjoys the challenge of starting new conversations.
  • Is an excellent communicator with strong English skills, both written and verbal.
  • Is highly organized, resilient, and driven to meet and exceed weekly activity and meeting targets.
  • Can work independently in a remote setting during standard business hours for their assigned market.

This is a full-time, remote position with a competitive hourly rate. You'll be a critical part of our sales team's growth.
