Purpose of the role
Help protect and strengthen how our brand is perceived online by monitoring reviews, comments, and feedback across different platforms.

What this role focuses on
The main responsibility is keeping track of what customers are saying about the brand and responding when needed. This includes reviewing feedback, identifying potential reputation issues early, and helping improve the overall sentiment around the company.

You will also look for patterns in customer feedback and report insights that help the team improve products, services, or communication.
