Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper Virtual Assistant to join our team and take ownership of our day-to-day financial records. This role is essential to keeping our business organized and ensuring our books are always accurate and up to date.
Your primary responsibility will be managing our books using QuickBooks Online. You will handle bank and credit card reconciliations, track income and expenses, process accounts payable and receivable, and maintain clean, organized records. You will also generate monthly financial reports and assist with preparing documents for our CPA during tax season.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and a solid understanding of basic bookkeeping principles. You should be highly organized, able to work independently, and comfortable communicating in English. Experience with bill pay platforms, payroll processing, or inventory tracking is a plus but not required.
This is a remote, work-from-home position with flexible hours. The workload is consistent and long-term for the right person. We are looking for someone who takes pride in accurate work and can be trusted to manage financial data with confidentiality and care.
