Job Description

Our agency needs to consistently fill the sales pipeline with qualified leads. We are looking for a specialist to proactively find and engage potential B2B clients through LinkedIn and email outreach. Your focus is on starting conversations and booking meetings for our sales team.

You will use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to research and build lists of target companies and key decision-makers. You will execute daily outreach by sending personalized connection requests and follow-up messages on LinkedIn. You will manage and send targeted cold email sequences to prospects who fit our ideal client profile. You will track all outreach activities and lead status meticulously in our CRM. You will qualify initial responses and schedule discovery calls for our account executives. You will provide weekly reports on outreach metrics, response rates, and meetings booked.

Required: proven experience in B2B lead generation or outbound sales development. Strong skills in using LinkedIn for prospecting and outreach. Experience with cold email tools and crafting effective email copy. Familiarity with CRM systems to manage a pipeline. Persistent and results-driven mindset with the ability to handle rejection. Excellent written English communication skills.
