Job Description

We are looking for someone who can help generate qualified leads for our B2B SaaS platform through targeted email outreach. The role focuses on identifying the right companies, finding decision-makers, and reaching out with relevant messages that open conversations.

How the Work Happens
First, you identify companies that match our ideal customer profile. Then you find the relevant decision-makers within those companies and obtain verified email addresses. Once a prospect list is built, you run email outreach campaigns and track responses to identify potential opportunities.

Key Capabilities Required
You should already have experience researching companies, identifying decision-makers, and building prospect lists. You must also be comfortable sending outreach campaigns and tracking performance to improve results over time.

Tools & Platforms Experience
Applicants should have hands-on experience with prospecting and outreach tools such as:

  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Apollo
  • Hunter
  • Snov
  • Lemlist
  • Instantly
  • Clay
  • Similar email outreach or lead generation tools

Performance Expectations
Success in this role is measured by the quality of prospect lists, reply rates from outreach campaigns, and the number of qualified conversations generated.

Compensation

Base salary + Bonuses per performance
