B2B Cold Caller

A company is hiring 3 remote callers in the Philippines to conduct outbound B2B outreach to sign shops and print shops across the U.S. and Canada.

This is a lead generation role, not a sales closing position. Your responsibility is to identify decision-makers, gather accurate contact information, introduce the company's sample kit program, and pass interested prospects to the sales team for follow-up.

You'll spend your day calling businesses, navigating gatekeepers, verifying contact details, documenting conversations, updating Google Sheets or CRM records, and following established call scripts and processes.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of B2B cold calling and prospecting experience, strong spoken English, a professional phone presence, and experience conducting outbound calls. Experience calling U.S. or Canadian businesses is preferred. Familiarity with CRMs, Google Sheets, and calling platforms such as OpenPhone, Aircall, JustCall, or RingCentral is a plus.

You will not be responsible for closing sales, discussing pricing, providing technical support, or making delivery commitments.
