We're looking for a part-time Automation Builder to design and maintain the flows that capture leads and follow up with them automatically. If you enjoy connecting tools, mapping out logic, and making systems run without anyone touching them, this is a focused role you can own on a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain lead-capture and follow-up automations across ManyChat, GoHighLevel, and Make, Zapier
- Design multi-step workflows: triggers, conditions, tags, and actions
- Set up SMS, email, and chat sequences for nurturing and follow-up
- Connect forms, funnels, calendars, and CRMs through integrations and webhooks
- Test flows end to end and troubleshoot anything that breaks
- Optimize existing automations for reliability and better conversion
- Document how each workflow is built so it's easy to maintain
Requirements
- Hands-on experience building automations in ManyChat, GoHighLevel, and/or Make/Zapier
- Strong grasp of automation logic — triggers, conditions, branching, and tagging
- Experience connecting apps via integrations, webhooks, and APIs
- Comfortable setting up email/SMS/chat follow-up sequences
- Solid troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Able to work independently and manage your own time
- Clear written English
- Reliable internet
Nice to Have
- Experience with lead-generation or appointment-setting funnels
- Familiarity with additional CRMs or marketing platforms
- Basic understanding of conversion tracking
This is a part-time role with a flexible schedule, with some overlap during US business hours when needed.
To apply, tell us which automation platforms you've built in, describe a lead-capture or follow-up flow you've set up end to end, and note any experience connecting tools through webhooks or APIs.
