Appointment Setter – Plumbing Company

We are a growing plumbing company looking for an Appointment Setter who can turn inbound leads into booked jobs.

When someone calls or fills out a form because their water heater is leaking or their drain is clogged, you are the person who answers. You listen, you ask the right questions, and you book the appointment. No cold calling. Just converting warm leads into paying customers.

What you will do day to day. You handle inbound calls and online requests from people who need plumbing help immediately. You ask questions to understand the problem and determine the right type of service. You schedule appointments that work for both the customer and our field team. You collect basic customer and job details so our plumbers arrive prepared. You follow up on leads that did not book right away to close them later. And you hit daily and weekly targets for appointments booked.

What you need to succeed. Experience in appointment setting or sales, ideally in home services. Strong English communication skills, clear and professional on the phone. The ability to handle upset or stressed customers with patience and empathy. A quick thinker who can ask the right questions and qualify leads. Organized and able to track leads and appointments accurately. Comfortable working during US business hours.
