Job Description
We are hiring a proactive and performance-focused Amazon Store Manager to take full ownership of our Amazon operations. This role goes beyond basic account management — we are looking for someone who treats the store like their own business and actively drives revenue growth, operational efficiency, and listing performance.
You will be responsible for managing and improving every moving part inside Seller Central — from product visibility and PPC performance to inventory flow and customer experience. This is a fully remote role requiring independence, strong analytical thinking, and a bias toward action.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Store Performance & Growth
- Optimize product listings for ranking and conversions (SEO, keyword placement, content structure)
- Conduct ongoing competitor research and keyword analysis
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue, improve margins, and expand product lines
- Support product launches from listing setup to ranking strategy
Advertising & Analytics
- Monitor and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (SP, SB, SD)
- Analyze ACOS, TACOS, CTR, CVR, and other performance indicators
- Prepare performance summaries with actionable insights
- Test and iterate strategies to improve ad efficiency and profitability
Operations & Account Health
- Manage Seller Central operations and ensure policy compliance
- Track inventory levels and coordinate replenishment planning
- Handle customer communication, feedback management, and returns
- Monitor account health metrics and resolve issues proactively
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts (2+ years preferred)
- Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, ranking factors, and conversion optimization
- Hands-on experience with Amazon PPC campaign management
- Comfort working with data and making decisions based on metrics
- Familiarity with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar
- Excellent written communication skills in English
- Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Strong ownership mindset and problem-solving skills
