Job Description

Join a growing e-commerce company that owns and operates multiple consumer brands sold across Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify, and other major marketplaces.

We're looking for an experienced Amazon Product Launch & PPC Manager who can take ownership of bringing new products to market, building optimized listings, executing launch strategies, and driving visibility through Amazon advertising.

This role is ideal for someone who understands the entire launch process—from keyword research and listing creation to PPC management and post-launch optimization.

What You'll Own

Product Launch Strategy

  • Plan and execute Amazon product launches from start to finish
  • Develop launch strategies designed to maximize visibility and ranking
  • Coordinate launch activities across multiple products and categories
  • Continuously test and improve launch processes

Listing Creation & Optimization

  • Conduct in-depth market and competitor research
  • Build keyword-rich product listings using Amazon best practices
  • Create listing structures optimized for ranking and conversion
  • Develop Enhanced Brand Content (EBC/A+ Content)
  • Identify opportunities to improve existing listings

Amazon PPC Management

  • Build and manage launch PPC campaigns
  • Create keyword targeting strategies
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust bids accordingly
  • Improve ranking, traffic, and conversion rates
  • Analyze advertising data to identify winning opportunities

Research & Analysis

  • Use Amazon research tools to identify relevant keywords and market trends
  • Evaluate competitors and category performance
  • Track launch performance and key growth metrics
  • Produce reports and recommendations based on data

Operations & Administration

  • Maintain launch trackers and project documentation
  • Update SOPs and internal processes
  • Organize launch assets and product files
  • Prepare reports and performance summaries for leadership

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of Amazon-focused e-commerce experience
  • Proven experience launching products on Amazon
  • Strong Amazon PPC knowledge
  • Experience performing keyword research and listing optimization
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple launches simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
