Job Description
We are looking for an Amazon FBA Virtual Assistant to manage the day-to-day operations of a growing US-based seller account. This is a full-time, remote position.
You will be responsible for the key tasks that drive our business on Amazon. Your core duties will include optimizing our product listings for better search rankings and conversion, which involves working on titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords. You will also be in charge of managing our Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising campaigns, requiring you to monitor performance, adjust bids, and analyze data to maintain a healthy ACOS. Furthermore, you will proactively monitor our FBA inventory levels to prevent stockouts and oversee customer service interactions to maintain our account health.
This role has strict, non-negotiable requirements. You must have a minimum of two years of hands-on, daily experience working within Amazon Seller Central. Proficiency with essential Amazon tool Helium 10 for product research and keyword tracking is mandatory. We need a detail-oriented, proactive problem-solver who can work independently during US business hours.
