Amazon FBA Operations Specialist

We are currently seeking an experienced Amazon FBA Operations Specialist to join our team as we move from a stable foundation into a significant scaling phase. This role is designed for a systems-oriented professional with at least one year of direct experience navigating the complexities of Seller Central. We are looking for someone who finds professional satisfaction in creating and maintaining bulletproof Standard Operating Procedures. Your primary mission will be to take our existing workflows and transform them into a scalable machine that can handle increased volume without sacrificing account health or profit margins.

The day-to-day responsibilities of this position involve complete oversight of our inbound logistics and inventory health. You will be responsible for coordinating with our 3PL providers and suppliers to ensure that every shipment follows our strict prep and labeling SOPs to avoid any costly Amazon warehouse rejections. Beyond logistics, you will actively monitor our Inventory Performance Index and manage our restock limits to prevent the high-frequency storage fees that often plague growing brands. We want a partner who uses data to forecast demand and who understands how to navigate the 2026 fee structures to keep our operations lean and efficient.
