Amazon FBA Account Manager

We are looking for an experienced Amazon FBA Virtual Assistant to take full ownership of our Amazon seller account. This is not a task-based role. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and performance of the entire account.

Responsibilities

• Manage all product listings including optimization of titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords
• Monitor and manage PPC campaigns to maintain profitable ACOS
• Track inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to prevent stockouts
• Handle customer service including messages, returns, and feedback management
• Analyze sales data and provide recommendations for improvement
• Keep the account healthy and compliant with Amazon policies

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience managing Amazon FBA accounts
• Strong knowledge of Seller Central, PPC, and inventory management
• Proven track record of growing accounts and improving performance
• Ability to work independently and make decisions without constant supervision
• Excellent English communication skills
