Job Description
We're looking for a highly creative, detail-oriented content creator to improve product photography and video content across four e-commerce and nonprofit brands.
This is not a basic social-media posting position. Your primary responsibility will be turning existing product photographs, website content, and raw media into polished, realistic, conversion-focused images and short-form videos, using tools such as Grok Imagine, Photoroom, Canva, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, and CapCut. You'll create lifestyle images, marketplace infographics, product demonstrations, unboxing-style videos, social content, and cohesive website imagery.
The right person understands the difference between a beautiful image and one that accurately represents the real product. AI-generated content must never change important product details.
The Four Brands
An online pet-supplies store offering grooming tools, cleanup products, walking accessories, and pet-friendly home products. You'll improve website product images, create realistic lifestyle images of products in use with dogs, build feature/benefit/size/material/instruction infographics, produce Walmart-ready image series, and create vertical demos, UGC-style, and unboxing videos — all prepared for Shopify, Walmart, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook while maintaining the exact appearance of the real product.
An online resale business for clothing, shoes, accessories, and pre-owned merchandise. You'll audit and reorganize listing photos, select the strongest cover image, improve lighting and color consistency, remove distracting backgrounds when appropriate, create occasional styling collages, and organize completed images by SKU — keeping garments authentic and preserving all condition details and disclosed flaws for Shopify and resale marketplaces.
Primary Responsibilities
- Audit the images across all four websites and build a prioritized production list based on active, important products
- Improve weak, inconsistent, or poorly organized product images
- Create realistic AI-assisted lifestyle images from real reference photographs
- Create marketplace-compliant infographics and product demonstrations from stills and raw clips
- Produce UGC-style, unboxing-style, problem-and-solution, and product-feature videos with proper pacing, music, captions, text, transitions, and CTAs
- Resize and export content correctly for each marketplace and social network
- Upload approved images to the correct products and websites
- Organize source files and completed assets by brand and product
- Maintain a production tracker showing what's pending, completed, approved, and published
- Review every AI-generated asset against the real product before submitting
Required Skills
- Strong working experience with Grok Imagine and AI image-to-video generation
- Photoroom, Canva, and CapCut (or comparable video-editing software)
- Product-photo enhancement and realistic AI lifestyle-image creation
- E-commerce infographics and Shopify product imagery
- Vertical videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook Reels
- Clean file organization and naming
- Strong written English and proofreading
- Ability to follow detailed brand instructions
Strongly preferred: Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Amazon/Walmart/Etsy image requirements, Metricool, clothing resale photography, pet-product content, and live-plant or floral photography.
Content & Video Standards
Every finished asset must be realistic and commercially usable, based on the correct source product, free of spelling and grammar errors, properly sized for its platform, brand-consistent, organized under the correct SKU, and checked for AI distortions and invented details. AI must not materially change product shape, color, pattern, included parts, logos, packaging, or labels — nor orchid color, stems, planter, crystals, or proportions, nor clothing fabric, buttons, print, condition, or flaws. You must be willing to reject and regenerate inaccurate content: a realistic-looking image is not acceptable if it misrepresents the item.
Videos should generally be vertical 9:16 with a strong opening hook, clear product visibility, natural movement, a recognizable problem or use case, readable on-screen text, appropriate captions, clean editing, a clear CTA, and commercially safe audio. AI-generated UGC videos must never include fabricated reviews or present an AI person as a verified customer.
How the Work Is Organized
Work begins with the pet brand's Walmart and TikTok products, then the orchid brand's active Amazon and Etsy listings, then the resale business's highest-value inventory, then the nonprofit's ongoing social and impact content. This is a large, ongoing project organized into weekly production batches — we don't expect all four sites completed immediately.
After onboarding, the normal weekly target is roughly 4–6 complete product-image series, 4–6 edited vertical videos, website image corrections and organization, supporting social graphics as assigned, and an updated production tracker. Quality and product accuracy matter far more than churning out large volumes of unusable AI content.
Paid Skills Test
Finalists complete a small paid test using source images we provide: a Walmart-style image series for one pet product, a realistic lifestyle image and infographic for one orchid arrangement, enhancing and sequencing several clothing photos, and one short vertical image-to-video ad. You'll be evaluated on product accuracy, realism, visual quality, marketplace suitability, creativity, spelling, ability to follow instructions, file organization, communication, and turnaround.
