Job Description
We are seeking someone who can take ownership of our affiliate partnerships and help grow this channel as a reliable source of new customers. The role focuses on building relationships with affiliates, managing ongoing collaborations, and improving the performance of affiliate campaigns.
The person in this role will be responsible for expanding our network of partners, making sure affiliates have what they need to promote our offers, and ensuring that commissions and performance are tracked correctly.
Core responsibilities include identifying and recruiting new affiliates, maintaining communication with existing partners, monitoring campaign results, and optimizing campaigns to improve conversions and partner performance.
You will also oversee commission tracking and make sure payouts are handled accurately based on the agreed terms.
We are looking for someone who has previous experience working with affiliate programs and understands how to grow partnerships that benefit both the brand and the affiliates.
