Job Description

We are a trusted home inspection company helping Australian homeowners make confident property decisions. We are looking for an Account Manager dedicated to serving individual homeowners. Your role is to guide them from their first inquiry through the inspection process and beyond, turning a one-time service into a trusted, long-term relationship for all their future property needs.

Your Core Mission:
You will be the dedicated point of contact for homeowners. You will take their initial inquiries, understand their specific property concerns (whether for a pre-purchase building inspection, a pest report, or a pre-sale check), and clearly explain how our services provide the clarity and security they need. You will manage their account, ensure a seamless experience, and become their go-to advisor for property safety.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage the full homeowner client cycle: from initial contact and consultation to closing the sale and post-inspection follow-up.
  • Conduct consultative conversations to understand each homeowner’s unique situation, answer questions in detail, and recommend the right inspection services.
  • Build trust by explaining technical processes in a clear, reassuring, and professional manner.
  • Own and nurture your portfolio of homeowner clients, ensuring high satisfaction to generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and service details in our CRM system.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Proven experience in a client-facing sales, account management, or customer success role, ideally in a service industry where you explain detailed processes (property, insurance, financial services, etc.).
  • Exceptional communication and empathy—you can calmly guide anxious first-time buyers and provide confident advice to seasoned investors.
  • consultative and educational sales approach; you listen first and provide tailored solutions.
  • Strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple client journeys independently.
  • Proficiency with CRM software.
