Viral Content Script Writer (TikTok & Instagram) for DTC Cosmetics Brand

A fast-growing Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) cosmetics brand is seeking a creative and trend-savvy Viral Content Script Writer to join our remote marketing team. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, scripting, and iterating on short-form video content that drives viral growth on platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels. This position requires candidates to work EU hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and write compelling, engaging, and concise scripts for short-form video content [phone hidden] seconds) tailored specifically for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
• Deeply analyze platform trends, viral audio, and successful competitor content to inform new script ideas and formats.
• Work closely with the video production team to ensure the scripts are executable and maintain brand voice.
• Iterate on content based on performance metrics (views, engagement rate, shares, and conversion).

Mandatory Qualifications and Submission

Candidates must submit a Portfolio of published viral short-form video scripts/campaigns to demonstrate proven experience. Expert-level understanding of TikTok and Instagram Reels algorithms and trend analysis skills are essential for this role.

Compensation

Salary for this full-time role is $800 USD per month, based on portfolio proof of experience and successful track record.
