Position Overview

Our telemedicine platform is seeking a dedicated Telehealth Support Coordinator to ensure smooth virtual healthcare experiences for patients and providers. You will be the primary point of contact for technical support and appointment coordination, playing a crucial role in our digital healthcare delivery system.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to patients and healthcare providers using our telemedicine platform
• Schedule and coordinate virtual appointments between patients and medical professionals
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues, audio/video problems, and platform navigation challenges
• Guide users through pre-appointment preparations and post-consultation follow-ups
• Maintain detailed records of support interactions and technical issues
• Ensure all interactions comply with healthcare privacy regulations (HIPAA)
• Assist with patient onboarding and platform orientation sessions

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support, preferably in healthcare or technology
• Strong technical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot common software and hardware issues
• Excellent communication skills with patience and empathy for users of varying technical abilities
• Understanding of healthcare privacy regulations and commitment to patient confidentiality
