Shopify store manager

Running supplement Shopify store solo right now and need someone taking over daily operations. You will own everything from product listings to order fulfillment to customer complaints.

Store operations

Manage product catalog keeping listings accurate with current prices, descriptions, and inventory levels. Process orders daily ensuring everything ships on time without mistakes. Handle customer service inquiries through email and chat solving problems quickly. Update homepage and collections based on promotions and bestsellers. Coordinate with warehouse on inventory restocks preventing stockouts. Monitor site performance fixing broken links, slow pages, or checkout issues. Install and configure Shopify apps when we need new functionality. Track key metrics like conversion rate, average order value, and cart abandonment.

Requirements

3+ years managing Shopify stores end-to-end not just one piece. Comfortable with Shopify admin knowing where everything is and how it works. Customer service experience handling difficult situations professionally. Inventory management skills preventing stockouts while not over-ordering. Basic design sense making product pages and collections look good. Problem-solving ability fixing issues independently without constant guidance. Organized managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
