Shopify Product Listing & Catalog Manager

About the role

Growing DTC apparel brand is hiring a Shopify Product Listing & Catalog Manager to maintain and optimize weekly product uploads. You will be responsible for preparing new collections, ensuring accurate product data, organizing variants, updating imagery, and keeping the catalog clean and conversion-ready.

Key responsibilities

• Create, upload, and maintain product listings for new drops and restocks
• Write clear, accurate product descriptions and organize size/color variants
• Upload and optimize product images following brand guidelines
• Ensure correct tagging, categorization, and SEO-friendly titles
• Update pricing, inventory quantities, and seasonal collections
• Audit the catalog regularly to fix inconsistencies or missing data
• Coordinate with the marketing team for launch timelines

Required experience

• 3+ years managing Shopify stores or e-commerce catalogs
• Experience with product information management tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage fast-moving product cycles
• Comfortable working independently and meeting weekly deadlines
