SEO Backlink & Outreach Specialist - Global VA

We are a high-volume Digital Marketing Agency seeking a dedicated and process-driven SEO Backlink & Outreach Specialist to join our remote team. This role is crucial for improving client domain authority through ethical, scalable link-building and relationship management. This full-time position requires coverage across any global time zone.

The Candidate Must Excel At:

This specialist will focus solely on the off-page SEO process. Success is measured by the volume and quality of net new backlinks secured each month.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify high-authority link prospects using SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush) and qualify them based on strict criteria.
• Execute high-volume cold email outreach campaigns using personalized templates to secure placements (guest posts, resource links, etc.).
• Manage and track all outreach activities, contact information, and pipeline status using Google Sheets or a CRM.
• Collaborate with the Content team to brief and request content necessary for outreach efforts.
• Analyze secured links for quality and monitor reporting metrics (DA/DR, traffic) to ensure campaign effectiveness.

Logistics and Compensation

This is a full-time position requiring 8 hours of work daily, Monday through Friday, available to work any global time zone (US, EU, or Asia). The salary range is $800 to $1,200 USD per month, exactly as requested.
