Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Scale and Innovate Our AI Video Platform

We are the creators of a leading SaaS platform that uses generative AI to produce professional marketing videos. Our product is live, with a growing user base of marketers and content teams. We are now looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our core product team. Your role is not to start from scratch, but to take ownership of critical systems, drive technical excellence, and build the next generation of features that will scale our platform to the next level.

Technical Ownership & Development

You will be a key contributor to our existing codebase and architecture.

• Take ownership of major feature development and core services within our established React/TypeScript frontend and Node.js/Python backend.
• Optimize and scale our integrations with AI video APIs and cloud infrastructure (AWS) to improve performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency for our users.
• Architect and implement new product capabilities, such as advanced video editing workflows, team collaboration tools, and enhanced AI model pipelines.
• Improve system robustness, focusing on monitoring, error handling, and security for our live production environment.
• Mentor other engineers, champion best practices in code quality, testing, and system design within the team.
• Collaborate with product and design to plan, spec, and execute complex features that deliver clear user value.

Required Technical Expertise

• 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience with a proven track record in scaling and maintaining SaaS products.
• Deep proficiency in our modern stack: React/Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
• Experience working with and designing scalable APIs. Experience with video processing, AI services, or media-heavy applications is a significant plus.
• Strong understanding of system design for scalability, performance optimization, and DevOps/CI-CD practices in a live product environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate and improve a complex, existing codebase.
