Job Description
Our SaaS platform is experiencing rapid growth, requiring a dedicated Customer Onboarding Specialist who excels at client engagement and product training. This remote role is pivotal in converting new users into successful, long-term customers by managing the critical first 90 days of their journey.
Driving Product Adoption and Client Success
You will serve as the primary success contact for new accounts, leveraging your prior experience working directly with clients to ensure they understand the value of our product. This involves proactive communication, problem-solving, and efficient account configuration.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Lead personalized product training sessions and demonstrations via live video conference.
- Execute detailed client account setup and data migration to ensure a flawless technical launch.
- Develop and organize internal and external process documentation (including knowledge base articles).
- Actively track customer milestones within our CRM system and identify potential roadblocks early.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to transition accounts smoothly post-onboarding.
Technical Skills & Experience
Candidates must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and deep familiarity with standard CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and helpdesk software to manage client accounts efficiently.
