We are a successful real estate brokerage operating across Canada. Our agents close deals, but they need a steady stream of qualified appointments to grow their business. That's where you come in. As our Appointment Setter, you will be the engine of our lead generation, connecting with potential home buyers and sellers to book high-value consultations for our top-performing agents.
Your Core Mission: Book Appointments
You will manage outbound outreach to generate qualified meetings for our real estate agents.
- Execute outbound call and email campaigns to prospects from our lead lists, which include expired listings, for-sale-by-owner (FSBO) contacts, and referral leads.
- Engage potential clients in consultative conversations to identify their real estate needs (buying, selling, investing) and gauge their readiness.
- Clearly articulate the value of working with our brokerage and specific agents, overcoming initial objections to secure the appointment.
- Accurately log all call activity, notes, and set appointments in our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, Follow Up Boss).
- Collaborate closely with the assigned real estate agents to provide detailed lead briefings before each consultation.
- Follow up with leads via email and text to confirm appointments and reduce no-show rates.
What You Need to Succeed
- Previous experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, or telemarketing. Real estate experience is a major advantage.
- Exceptional phone communication skills—clear, confident, and persuasive with a professional demeanor.
- Resilience and a positive attitude to handle rejection and stay motivated in a target-driven role.
- Strong organizational skills and discipline to manage your call time and lead lists independently.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills for data entry and email communication.
- Understanding of the Canadian real estate market is a plus, but not required if you are a quick learner.
Compensation & Growth
This role offers a competitive base of $600 per month, plus a strong performance-based bonus for every qualified appointment that is successfully set and held. High performers have significant monthly bonus potential. This is an entry-point role with a clear path to advancement inside a dynamic industry.
