Product Listing & Marketplace Operations Assistant

A growing toys brand is looking for an experienced e-commerce operations assistant to help manage marketplace listings across Amazon and Shopify. The role focuses on keeping product data accurate, optimizing listings, monitoring inventory, and supporting daily store operations.

Main Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain product listings on Amazon and Shopify
• Upload product images, descriptions, variations, and pricing
• Optimize listings for visibility, SEO, and conversion
• Monitor inventory levels and flag low-stock items
• Track order issues, returns, and customer questions routed from support
• Coordinate with the team on new product launches
• Check listing compliance with marketplace guidelines
• Review competitor listings and suggest improvements

Required Skills

• 2+ years experience handling Amazon or Shopify operations
• Familiarity with marketplace SEO and product data structure
• Ability to manage many SKUs with attention to detail
• Comfort using spreadsheets for bulk updates
• Organized, proactive, and strong communication skills

Remote position at $500 monthly.
