Job Description

We produce hit podcasts for A-list talent. Our shows top the charts, drive conversations, and build iconic brands. We need a Production Manager who doesn't just edit audio—you orchestrate the entire machine behind the microphone. When a celebrity host has a last-minute idea, you make it happen. When an interview runs long, you know how to trim it into gold. When we need to launch a new show in three weeks, you build the workflow to get it done.

Your week starts reviewing rough cuts from our editors, giving notes that tighten storytelling and punch up pacing. You're coordinating with talent managers to lock in guest schedules, then briefing hosts on talking points. You're troubleshooting a remote recording setup for an actor on location, ensuring studio-quality sound from a hotel room. You're managing our publishing calendar, optimizing show descriptions for discovery, and tracking performance metrics to tell us what's working.

This role is for someone who thrives on creative chaos and impeccable organization. You speak the language of both artists and algorithms. You know how to get the best performance from an editor and how to format an ID3 tag for maximum reach. You've shipped episodes on deadline and under pressure, and you understand that in entertainment, the show must always go on.

We move fast, we work with big names, and we expect excellence. If you can manage the complexity of multi-track celebrity interviews while keeping our entire production schedule running like a Swiss watch, this is your stage.
