Job Description

A high-growth B2B SaaS platform is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to take full ownership of our paid media channels. This fully remote, full-time position requires expertise in managing campaigns across Google Ads (Search/Display/PMax) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram). The role requires availability during US business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize, execute, and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads with a focus on maximizing ROI and driving conversions.
  • Conduct exhaustive keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
  • A/B test ad copy, visuals, and landing pages to continuously improve Click-Through Rates (CTR) and Conversion Rates (CVR).
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics using Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
  • Manage and track campaign budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and minimizing wasted ad spend.

Mandatory Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must have at least 2 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across both Google Ads and Meta Ads. Proven proficiency in platform optimization techniques and conversion tracking is essential. This role requires a full-time commitment of 8 hours per day.

Compensation

The monthly salary for this full-time role ranges from $1,500 to $2,500 USD per month, commensurate with experience and proven results.
