Job Description

We need a Meta ads expert who lives and breathes ROAS. You'll take ownership of our clients' Facebook and Instagram advertising budgets, with one goal: deliver measurable, scalable results that directly impact their bottom line.

Your Core Mission: Build, launch, and relentlessly optimise paid social campaigns across the Meta ecosystem. You'll test audiences, creatives, and copy to find the winning combinations that drive leads, sales, and app installs for our Australian client base.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage end-to-end campaign strategy, setup, and daily optimisation across Meta Ads Manager.
  • Conduct A/B tests on everything—from ad creative and landing pages to audience targeting and campaign objectives.
  • Analyse performance data to make swift, data-driven decisions that improve CPA and increase conversion volume.
  • Collaborate with our graphic designers and copywriters to develop high-performing ad assets.
  • Provide clear, actionable reporting to clients and internal teams, explaining performance drivers and future opportunities.

We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta advertising campaigns with a proven portfolio of results.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Pixel implementation, and conversion tracking.
  • A data-obsessed mindset with strong analytical skills in Google Analytics and spreadsheet analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain complex ad strategies to non-marketers.

Compensation: Base salary of $900 per month + performance-based bonuses tied directly to client campaign results and agency revenue growth.
