We are a high-growth luxury women's bag brand seeking an expert Paid Ads Specialist to take full ownership of the performance marketing budget and delivery across leading social platforms. This remote role is critical for driving profitable, high-volume customer acquisition for our B2C e-commerce operations, with a focus on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok advertising.
The Challenge: The platform landscape is constantly changing, demanding relentless testing, optimization, and scale. We need an expert capable of maximizing return on ad spend and identifying new growth opportunities on both established and emerging channels.
The Mandate: You will be the primary executor for all paid media campaigns, responsible for strategy, budget allocation, creative testing, and deep-dive analysis. Your success hinges on the efficiency and growth of our paid customer base.
Key Deliverables:
- Platform Execution: Directly manage daily ad operations on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, ensuring campaigns are executed with technical precision and budget adherence.
- Advanced Testing: Develop and oversee structured A/B and multivariate tests for audiences, creative concepts, and landing pages to unlock new performance tiers.
- Budget Control: Maintain meticulous control over multi-six-figure monthly budgets, adjusting allocations dynamically based on real-time performance data.
- Reporting and Strategy: Provide high-level, actionable weekly reports on key performance indicators to leadership, translating data into clear strategic recommendations.
