Medical AI Implementation Specialist

Core Mission: Bridge the gap between advanced artificial intelligence and practical patient care. You will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and optimizing AI-driven tools that assist our clinicians in diagnosis, patient monitoring, and administrative tasks.

Primary Responsibilities & Outcomes

• Deployment & Integration: Lead the technical rollout of AI modules (e.g., symptom checkers, diagnostic support, documentation assistants) into our existing telemedicine platform. Success is measured by seamless integration, zero patient data downtime, and positive clinician feedback within the first 90 days.
• Clinician Training & Support: Develop training materials and conduct sessions for medical staff on using AI tools effectively and safely. You will create a reference library that reduces related support tickets by 50%.
• Performance & Compliance Auditing: Monitor AI tool accuracy and bias, generating monthly reports. Ensure all implementations strictly adhere to HIPAA and other relevant healthcare regulations.
• Feedback Loop Management: Act as the liaison between our clinical teams and AI development partners, translating user experiences into clear, actionable requirements for model improvement.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Proven experience (2+ years) implementing SaaS or AI solutions in a healthcare, hospital, or clinical setting.
• Technical understanding of HL7, FHIR, or other healthcare data standards.
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance frameworks (HIPAA, GDPR in healthcare).
• Project management skills with a track record of meeting deployment deadlines.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical medical professionals.
