Campaign execution
Launch and manage Meta ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram for e-commerce and lead gen clients. Run Google Ads search and display campaigns targeting high-intent keywords and audiences. Test different ad creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies finding what drives the best ROI. Scale winning campaigns without killing performance as budgets increase. Monitor spend daily making adjustments when campaigns drift off target. Analyze performance data identifying why some ads crush it while others flop. Coordinate with creative team requesting new ad variations based on what performs. Report to clients weekly showing spend, conversions, and return on ad spend clearly.
Media buying experience
3-4 years buying media on Meta and Google platforms managing real client budgets. Track record improving ROAS and scaling campaigns profitably not just spending money. Deep understanding of both platforms including Business Manager, Ads Manager, and campaign structures. Experience with conversion tracking, pixel setup, and attribution knowing what data to trust. Comfortable managing multiple client accounts with different goals and budgets. Analytical mindset making optimization decisions based on numbers not feelings. Calm under pressure when campaigns underperform and clients want answers fast.
