Job Description

Insurance agency generating decent lead volume but our agents waste time calling people who are not serious or do not qualify. Need someone filtering through leads, confirming interest, and booking consultations only with prospects worth talking to.

Daily workflow

Call new leads within an hour of them filling out forms asking basic qualifying questions. Confirm they actually want insurance quotes and are not just browsing or submitting fake info. Ask about their current coverage, budget range, and timeline for making decisions. Explain how our consultation process works so they know what to expect on the call. Book appointments directly on our agents calendars when someone is qualified and ready. Follow up with leads who were interested but did not commit right away. Update CRM with notes about each conversation so agents have context before their calls. Track your numbers showing how many leads you contacted, qualified, and booked.

What we are looking for

Experienced doing phone-based lead qualification or appointment setting, ideally in insurance or financial services. Neutral accent that Americans understand easily without repeating yourself constantly. Comfortable handling objections when people are hesitant or skeptical about scheduling calls. Organized managing multiple leads and follow-ups without letting anyone slip through. Available during US business hours when most leads come in and expect quick callbacks. Self-motivated hitting booking targets consistently to earn performance bonuses. Patient dealing with leads who need multiple touches before they commit to meeting.
