Cosmetics brand looking to grow through influencer partnerships but currently have no system for finding creators, negotiating deals, or tracking campaign performance. Need someone who knows beauty influencers and understands what makes collaborations actually drive sales.
Finding and managing influencers
Research beauty and skincare influencers on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube matching our brand aesthetic and values. Reach out to creators pitching collaboration opportunities whether paid posts, gifted products, or affiliate partnerships. Negotiate rates and deliverables finding deals that work within our budget constraints. Coordinate campaign logistics sending products, providing briefs, and reviewing content before it goes live. Track performance measuring engagement, reach, and sales driven by each influencer. Build ongoing relationships with creators who perform well turning one-off posts into long-term partnerships. Monitor beauty influencer trends seeing who is rising and what content formats are working. Report on campaign results showing which influencers drive ROI and where to allocate budget.
Beauty influencer experience needed
Background working with beauty or cosmetics influencers understanding this specific niche. Knowledge of typical rates, engagement benchmarks, and what makes beauty content perform. Experience negotiating creator deals balancing budget with quality and reach. Comfortable working part-time managing multiple influencer relationships simultaneously. Organized tracking campaigns, content approvals, and performance metrics without things falling through cracks. Strong communication coordinating with creators who have varying response times and professionalism levels. Understanding of beauty industry trends knowing which ingredients, formulations, or product types are currently popular.
