Finding the right influencer partners
Search Instagram and TikTok identifying fitness and wellness creators whose audience matches our customer demographic. Analyze engagement quality checking for real followers versus bot accounts before reaching out. Send personalized partnership proposals explaining our brand and collaboration opportunities. Negotiate partnership terms including product seeding, affiliate commissions, or paid sponsorships. Onboard approved influencers providing product samples, brand guidelines, and content expectations. Build database tracking which influencers perform well and deserve ongoing partnerships.
Campaign management and tracking
Coordinate product shipments ensuring influencers receive items with enough time for content creation. Provide creative direction when needed without being too restrictive on authentic content. Review posted content ensuring brand guidelines followed and product shown appropriately. Track performance metrics including reach, engagement, traffic, and sales generated from each influencer. Process payments or commissions promptly maintaining good relationships for future collaborations. Identify top performers who consistently drive results offering them exclusive partnerships or higher compensation.
Required influencer experience
Proven background recruiting and managing influencers specifically on TikTok and Instagram platforms. Understanding of fitness and wellness niche knowing which creators have engaged authentic audiences. Experience evaluating influencer quality spotting fake engagement and purchased followers. Strong outreach skills getting responses from creators who receive dozens of partnership requests daily. Organized system managing multiple influencer relationships and campaigns simultaneously. Knowledge of Instagram and TikTok growth tactics understanding what content performs on each platform. Negotiation ability closing partnerships at terms favorable for brand while fair to creators.
