Job Description
Marketing agency creating content for clients across social media, ads, and websites. We need a designer who can pump out graphics and videos fast using both traditional tools and AI to keep up with client demands.
What you would create
Design social media graphics for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn posts using Canva and Photoshop. Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts keeping them punchy and on-brand. Use AI tools like Midjourney or DALL-E generating images when stock photos feel generic or budgets are tight. Create video content with Sora, Runway, or similar AI video tools when clients need specific scenes we cannot film. Design ad creatives for Meta and Google campaigns optimized for conversions not just aesthetics. Build templates clients can reuse for consistent branding across their content. Mock up website designs and landing pages before development starts. Handle multiple client projects simultaneously switching between different brand styles.
Designer we need
2-3 years designing graphics and videos for digital marketing or social media. Comfortable with Photoshop, Canva, and video editing tools like Premiere or CapCut. Experience using AI image and video generation tools creating realistic outputs. Fast turnaround producing quality work under tight deadlines. Understanding of what performs on social platforms versus what just looks nice. Portfolio showing variety - social content, ads, videos across different industries. Organized managing multiple client projects without mixing up brand guidelines.
