Your Role:\nAs our Graphic Designer, you'll create visual assets across our marketing materials, product interface, social media, and customer-facing content. You'll leverage AI design tools to accelerate workflows while applying your creative expertise to ensure every design meets our high standards and brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Design marketing materials including social media graphics, email templates, landing pages, and digital advertisements
Create and maintain brand guidelines, design systems, and visual asset libraries
Produce UI elements and graphics for product features in collaboration with our development team
Design presentation decks, infographics, case studies, and sales collateral
Develop motion graphics and short-form video content for social platforms
Use AI tools (Midjourney, DALL-E, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI) to rapidly prototype and iterate designs
Refine AI-generated content to ensure brand consistency and professional quality
Create illustrations, icons, and custom graphics that align with our brand identity
Design website graphics, blog featured images, and visual content for documentation
Collaborate with marketing team on campaign concepts and visual storytelling
Maintain organized design files and asset management systems
Stay current with design trends, AI capabilities, and emerging creative technologies

Requirements:

3+ years professional graphic design experience, preferably in tech or SaaS industry
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital design, branding, and visual communication
Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
Hands-on experience with AI design tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL-E, or similar platforms)
Understanding of how to effectively prompt and refine AI-generated designs
Solid grasp of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy
Experience designing for web and mobile interfaces with understanding of responsive design
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
Strong attention to detail and commitment to pixel-perfect execution
Excellent communication skills in English for remote collaboration
Portfolio that demonstrates ability to create cohesive brand experiences

Nice to Have:

Motion design and video editing skills using After Effects or similar tools
Experience with 3D design tools (Blender, Spline, Cinema 4D)
Knowledge of front-end basics (HTML/CSS) for better design-to-development handoff
Familiarity with AI video tools (Runway, Pika, Sora)
Experience designing for B2B SaaS or productivity software
Understanding of conversion-focused design principles
Background in creating design systems and component libraries
Photography or video production skills
Experience with user research and data-driven design decisions
