Job Description
We sell B2B software and spend a lot on Google Ads, but the demo requests we get are often unqualified or just tire kickers. Need someone who gets that B2B is different - longer sales cycles, higher prices, actual decision makers who research for weeks before booking a call.
What you will do
Run our search campaigns targeting keywords that signal real buying intent, not just curiosity. Build display and remarketing audiences hitting the right job titles at companies that fit our ICP. Write ads that speak to actual business problems our software solves, not fluffy benefit statements. Work with our landing pages making sure they are set up to convert visitors into qualified demo bookings. Track conversions properly because we need to know which campaigns drive real pipeline, not just form fills. Allocate budget based on what is actually working, cutting spend on campaigns bringing in junk leads. Test different angles and messaging seeing what resonates with our target audience. Talk to our sales team regularly getting feedback on lead quality so you can adjust targeting.
What we need
At least 3 years running Google Ads for B2B SaaS or similar high-ticket business services. You understand attribution is messy in B2B - someone clicks an ad today but might not close for three months. You have actually driven qualified leads before, not just clicks or impressions that look good in reports. You know your way around Google Analytics and Tag Manager tracking complex funnels. You can write ad copy that sounds like you understand business, not generic marketing speak. You make decisions based on data, not feelings about what should work. Google Ads certification is a plus but real results matter more.
