Job Description

Insurance agency selling life, health, and property policies needs someone running our GoHighLevel setup. We have leads coming in but follow-up is inconsistent and our agents spend too much time on manual tasks that should be automated.

What you would handle

Build automated workflows in GHL for lead nurturing from initial contact through policy sale. Set up SMS and email sequences keeping leads warm when agents are busy with other clients. Create pipelines tracking where each lead is in the sales process so nothing falls through cracks. Design booking funnels making it easy for prospects to schedule consultations with our agents. Build forms and landing pages capturing lead information cleanly. Integrate GHL with our quoting systems and other tools we use daily. Set up reporting dashboards showing our team conversion rates and pipeline health. Train agents on using GHL properly so they actually adopt the system.

Experience we need

At least 3 years working deeply with GoHighLevel building complex automations and workflows. You understand insurance sales cycles and what automation makes sense versus what feels robotic. Experience setting up multi-channel campaigns combining email, SMS, and voicemail drops. Comfortable with GHL integrations connecting it to other platforms via Zapier or API. Strong copywriting skills since automation messages need to sound natural and convert. Problem-solving ability troubleshooting when workflows break or leads are not moving through funnels. Organized managing multiple campaigns and automation sequences simultaneously.
