E-commerce Store Manager

Storefront Architect for a Dynamic Apparel Brand

We are a print-on-demand apparel brand where our online store is our flagship. We need an E-commerce Store Manager to be the owner of our customer's digital experience. You will manage our Shopify storefront, optimize every product page for conversion, and ensure our brand story is told compellingly from the homepage to the checkout. Your work directly drives sales and builds our brand reputation.

Day-to-Day Operations & Growth

• Manage our entire Shopify store: update product listings, collections, navigation, and promotional banners.
• Work with our design team to upload new product designs to our print-on-demand platform (e.g., Printful) and create optimized listings with compelling titles, descriptions, and images.
• Implement and manage discount codes, sales promotions, and bundle offers to increase average order value.
• Monitor store performance metrics daily using Shopify Analytics and Google Analytics, reporting on traffic, conversion rates, and sales trends.
• Be the first point of contact for basic customer service inquiries related to orders and the website, escalating complex issues appropriately.
• Coordinate with the Bookkeeper to ensure order data flows correctly and assist with basic inventory reconciliation of our virtual products.

Required Skills & Mindset

• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing a Shopify store. Print-on-demand or apparel experience is a significant plus.
• Proven ability to write product copy that sells and to use basic photo editing tools (like Canva) to create store assets.
• Strong analytical skills with an understanding of key e-commerce metrics (CVR, AOV, traffic sources).
• A proactive, test-and-learn attitude toward improving the store. You should have ideas for A/B testing product pages.
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure a flawless, professional customer experience with no broken links or outdated information.

Compensation & Impact

This role offers a base salary of $600 per month, plus a performance-based bonus tied directly to store sales growth and conversion rate improvements. You have direct control over the levers that influence your bonus.
