E-commerce Manager - Coffee Roastery

We are a growing DTC specialty coffee roastery with a loyal subscriber base and a lineup of award-winning single-origin beans. We need an E-commerce Manager to own the commercial heartbeat of our online store. You will be responsible for driving sales, optimizing the customer journey, and building our coffee community—all while working closely with our developer to create the best digital experience.

Your Commercial Mission:

• Store Operations: Manage our entire Shopify storefront. Update product listings for new coffee releases, create compelling collections, and optimize the site for conversion.
• Subscription Growth: Develop and execute strategies to grow our coffee subscription club, reduce churn, and increase customer lifetime value.
• Campaign Execution: Plan and launch promotional campaigns, email sequences, and content that tells the story behind our beans and drives sales.
• Customer Experience: Oversee the post-purchase journey, from order confirmation to delivery, ensuring a seamless and delightful unboxing experience.
• Analytics & Reporting: Analyze sales data, site traffic, and customer behavior to provide insights that inform our product and marketing strategy.

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of hands-on e-commerce management experience, preferably with a DTC subscription or CPG brand.
• Expertise in Shopify, including apps, themes, and the backend order management system.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics and basic e-commerce KPIs (CVR, AOV, LTV).
• Excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills to make coffee descriptions irresistible.
• A passion for coffee, community, and creating exceptional online shopping experiences.

Compensation: This role offers a base of $[phone hidden] per month plus a performance-based bonus tied to sales growth, subscription retention, and campaign success.
