Own the Client Journey for an AI-Powered Platform

We are a B2B company building an intelligent CRM platform that uses AI to automate sales workflows and predict customer behavior. Our clients are sales and marketing teams looking to work smarter. As a Customer Success Manager, you are not just a support contact; you are a strategic partner responsible for ensuring our clients unlock maximum value from our AI features, leading to high retention and growth.

Strategic Responsibilities

You will manage a portfolio of business accounts, focusing on adoption, satisfaction, and expansion.

  • Onboard new business clients, conducting strategic sessions to align our platform's AI capabilities with their specific sales processes and goals.
  • Proactively monitor client health and platform usage data to identify risks and opportunities for deeper engagement.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key stakeholders, demonstrating ROI and building a roadmap for continued partnership.
  • Identify and execute on expansion opportunities (upsells/cross-sells) within your accounts by understanding evolving client needs.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams by conveying client feedback to help shape the AI roadmap.

Required Profile

  • 3+ years in B2B Customer Success or Account Management, ideally within a SaaS, tech, or martech environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting retention and growth targets with a portfolio of business clients.
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret usage data and translate it into actionable success plans.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging with mid-level and executive stakeholders.
  • A curious mindset about AI technology and a desire to understand how it can solve business problems.
