Core Mission: Architect of Client Loyalty
We are a B2B services leader in the Texas real estate market, partnering with property developers and builders. Your mandate is to build an unbreakable retention engine. You will own the strategy and execution that turns our client base into a predictable, growing revenue stream and our most powerful sales channel.
Strategic Responsibilities
You will be measured on renewal rates, account expansion, and client advocacy.
- Retention Program Design: Develop the playbook for client onboarding, ongoing success touchpoints, and renewal processes tailored to the real estate development cycle.
- Revenue Defense & Growth: Proactively manage a portfolio of accounts to prevent churn. Identify and execute on expansion opportunities within existing client relationships.
- Client Intelligence: Track and analyze key health metrics (NPS, product usage, support tickets) to create risk forecasts and opportunity reports for leadership.
- Value Communication: Craft compelling case studies, ROI analyses, and business reviews that prove our impact and justify continued partnership.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the voice of the client to Product and Marketing teams, ensuring client feedback drives our roadmap and messaging.
Essential Profile
We need a strategist who understands that retaining a client is more valuable than acquiring a new one.
- 3+ years in B2B customer success, account management, or strategic renewal sales, preferably within real estate, SaaS, or professional services.
- A proven history of improving customer retention rates and growing revenue from an existing book of business.
- Expertise in leveraging CRM data (like Salesforce) to drive decisions and manage pipelines.
- Superior communication skills for executive-level business reviews and internal strategy documents.
- An analytical mindset that seeks data to support strategy, not just intuition.
Compensation Structure
Base salary of $700 per month with a significant performance bonus. Your bonus is directly tied to the financial outcomes you control: renewal rate performance, reduction in gross churn, and revenue growth from your managed accounts.
