CRM Data Steward & Admin (HubSpot/Salesforce)

A high-growth tech firm is seeking a meticulous and reliable CRM Data Steward to ensure the integrity, cleanliness, and organization of our customer relationship management platforms. This is a critical remote role focused purely on back-end data hygiene and administrative maintenance across various systems, available in any global timezone.

Core Responsibilities:

• Execute bulk data imports, exports, and updates across HubSpot and Salesforce environments, ensuring zero duplication errors.
• Perform regular data audits and cleanup to maintain hygiene, identify inconsistencies, and resolve errors in customer records.
• Create and manage internal documentation for all data governance policies and administrative procedures.
• Assist the Sales and Marketing teams with basic report generation and segmentation tasks within the CRM.
• Manage user access and permissions for new and departing team members.

Mandatory Skills and Experience

Candidates must have proven experience working directly within a major CRM platform (HubSpot or Salesforce). Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to complex data sets are essential for this role. Experience with basic data entry and process documentation is required.
