We are a pioneering legal technology company transforming how law firms and corporate legal departments manage document review, e-discovery, and case management. Our AI-driven platform is revolutionizing legal workflows, and we need a Business Development Manager who understands both technology sales and the legal industry.

What You'll Be Doing

Drive our sales pipeline by identifying and engaging with law firms (from boutique practices to AM Law 200 firms) and in-house corporate legal departments. You'll conduct detailed demos of our document automation and e-discovery platforms, showing legal professionals how to cut review time by 60% or more. Manage complex sales cycles that involve multiple stakeholders - from managing partners and IT directors to paralegal teams.

Develop tailored proposals addressing specific pain points like deposition management, contract analysis, or legal research workflows. You'll need to speak the language of legal professionals while demonstrating technical expertise in our SaaS platform.

Required Experience & Skills

Minimum 2 years in B2B SaaS sales, specifically with legal technology, practice management software, or e-discovery solutions. Proven experience selling to law firms or legal departments is essential. You should understand legal workflows like matter management, billing cycles, and compliance requirements.

Technical proficiency with legal tech stacks is crucial - you should be familiar with tools like Clio, PracticePanther, Relativity, or similar platforms. Experience with contract management systems or e-discovery platforms is highly valued. You must be able to discuss data security protocols, integration capabilities, and implementation timelines with technical decision-makers.

We need someone who can navigate complex procurement processes while building relationships with legal professionals who may be new to AI-powered solutions.
