Job Description

We are the creators of a leading AI-powered SaaS platform that generates professional marketing videos. Our product is already transforming how marketing agencies and in-house teams create content. We need a Sales Rep who can articulate the proven ROI of our platform, navigate complex B2B deals, and close contracts that fuel our next phase of growth. This is a hunter role for an established product.

Your Sales Mission:

  • Pipeline Generation: Prospect, qualify, and engage leads within our target market: marketing agencies, in-house content teams, and mid-market enterprises.
  • Full-Cycle Sales: Manage the entire sales cycle from discovery call to contract close. Conduct compelling demos that showcase the proven ROI and case studies of AI-generated video.
  • Value Selling: Sell the business outcome (time saved, production cost reduction, increased output) demonstrated by our existing client base, not just technical features.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers, becoming a trusted advisor on video content strategy.
  • Forecasting & Collaboration: Accurately manage your pipeline in our CRM and work with marketing to refine our target message based on market feedback.

Who You Are:

  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
  • Experience selling to marketing, creative, or technology teams is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts simply.
  • Self-starter with high energy, resilience, and a proven ability to work independently in a remote role.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and standard sales methodologies.

Compensation: This role offers a base of $[phone hidden] per month plus an uncapped performance-based commission structure. Top performers have significant earning potential tied directly to their closed deals.
