Automation Expert

We are a high-growth sustainable consumer goods brand seeking a dedicated Automation Expert to join our team. This role is crucial for managing and optimizing our multi-channel client contacts and social media presence through efficient system automation. You will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and scaling the critical workflows that connect our internal systems and external customer touchpoints.

The Challenge:

You will take full ownership of our entire automation stack, ensuring stability, efficiency, and scalability as the company grows. This is a hands-on role focused on daily maintenance and optimization. The key deliverables include designing and implementing complex, multi-step workflows connecting CRM, social platforms, and e-commerce systems; monitoring, debugging, and maintaining all active automations on a daily basis to ensure 99.9% uptime and data integrity; proactively identifying new opportunities for automation to save manual time and improve customer service response speed; and documenting all established automation flows, variables, and error handling protocols.
